Jam is a way of preserving fruit using sugar.  Jam contains pieces of fruit and can be eaten on toast or bread, or as an accompaniment to scones or croissants.

My most popular jams include Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Kiwi and Damson.


JAM FACT: Raspberry jam and cream can be used to accompany Yorkshire pudding as a traditional northern dessert!
