Jellies are made from the strained juice of the fruit and therefore have no actual fruit pieces in them.

Jellies are sweet and can be used in the same way as jams.  However some jellies can also be eaten with cheese or meat.

My most popular jellies are Crab Apple or Bramble.  Hot Chilli is the most popular jelly to be eaten as an accompaniment to savoury foods - Mint and Rowan Jelly are also popular.
